Step 2 : Develop and initiate a search strategy

- WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORT
Provide a progress report of our search status/market survey.
- CANDIDATE INTERVIEWS
- Each candidate will be presented and will include a resume and candidate profile.
- You decide which candidates you’d like to interview and we will arrange the interviews.
- REFERENCE AND BACKGROUND CHECKING
- We conduct full reference checks.
- We contract outside vendors who conduct background checks including, criminal, credit, education checks, and driving record, among others.
- PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT
We offer online psychological assessment.
- FACILITATING THE OFFER
We will negotiate the offer with you and the chosen candidate.
- EXECUTIVE INTEGRATION
We partner with OD Professionals to provide “Executive On boarding”.
- FOLLOW UP: We will follow up with you and the candidate to help ensure a successful hire.
