- Led internal team to develop new innovation track to identify new service opportunities, create client awareness, and formulate internal processes for implementation
- Led internal team in service blueprint mapping initiative to refine the service delivery process for existing core services and as the basis to redesign and relaunch of the flagship service
- Designed and led the implementation of a unified financial management system to replace multiple, disconnected legacy systems, reduce time and errors, and provide robust reporting.
- Developed cash-flow strategies to bring several distressed organizations back to financial health.
