  • Helped an upstream Automotive material supplier develop a deeper understanding of the electromagnetic shielding landscape to further a concept development initiative, including: a) a current-state perspective of EMS technology and competitive landscape within the automotive industry; b) a current-state and future-state perspective on EMS technological limitations, challenges, unmet needs, and opportunities; and c) a perspective on if/how client’s existing design concepts may, serve as solutions to emerging/anticipated EMS challenges/opportunities among automotive designers/engineers
  • Managed a global intelligence initiative enabling a Tier 1 Automotive supplier to conduct an exploration of 9 industry segments, including their market size, growth dynamics, competitive dynamics, top players, regulatory dynamics, and customer needs/pain points. Provided strategic direction to: a) guide client’s evaluation of market opportunities that were adjacent to client’s core business (but represented white space / incremental revenue opportunities); b) help client triage among the most opportunistic segments for global growth; and c) inform subsequent commercialization research.
  • Recruited subject matter experts and moderated a 2-day innovation workshop for a manufacturer of aftermarket automotive products.
