- Successfully led business user team in on-time implementation of SAP FICO and BW at $1B+ egg, potato and cheese producer.
- Informed senior leadership team (SLT) of need to scale manufacturing operations immediately at $50M candle and fragrance manufacturer. Then identified and prioritized tasks to do so, including investing just $50K in additional information technology capability to improve cash flow by up to $2M annually.
