  • Led Silver Spring Foods and CURT to record sales, production, employment, and profitability. Implemented performance benchmarking, key performance indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives. Conducted monthly management review of all metrics, with emphasis on cost-savings.
  • Supported nationwide introduction of CURT eCommerce initiatives through ten regional warehouses, as well as 350% growth in annual revenues ($25MM to $85MM).
