- Led the first voluntary premarket meeting for food from a genome-edited plant, significantly streamlining an existing regulatory process.
- Developed regulatory guidance for foods from genome-edited plants, including CRISPR.
- Led development of a “Dear Industry” letter addressing food safety risks in molecular farming.
- Media spokesperson and technical consultant for biotechnology communication initiatives, including “Feed Your Mind.”
