This included leading supplier capacity analysis, operations capacity analysis, raw and packing material delivery synchronized with production needs, production scheduling for 24×7 making and packing operations producing over 2000 skus, and inventory management
  • Led logistics organizations for organic food/spice company including scheduling for 24×5 production operation, finished good inventory management, capacity analysis for processing and packaging, customer service and 5 year master-plan to support year on year double digit growth.
  • Implemented innovative business model in customized supply chain to deliver $2M in annual savings through consolidating contract packing operation in house and leveraging packing material suppliers to reduce lead times and cost
  • LEAN supply chain tools implementation of level scheduling, just in time materials, and kanban systems delivered $13 million in supply chain savings.
  • Developed and qualified tools to deliver best in class product conversion capability which decreased obsolescence and resulted in several conversions with ZERO scrap
  • Led value stream mapping and end-to-end supply chain tools to reduce both raw and packing material inventory while decreasing production cycle time.
