- Co-lead team to address and resolve inventory issues caused by scheduling and inventory planning shortfalls. Developed and deployed processes and training for the scheduling and materials plannings teams leading to 50% increased scheduling and material adherence.
- Led the segment (NA, EU, and Asia Pacific- including ANZ, 12 divisions) with developing and implementing finished goods and steel strategies that drove a reliable and consistent supply chain that contributed towards increased organic growth and operating margins.
- Guided and mentored global platforms and divisions to deliver sourcing savings, resulting in more than 2% savings annually across $500M spend of direct categories against a 1% savings KPI.
- Interpreted the global macro market trends to advise business leaders to anticipate and minimize business impact.
- Developed Supplier Diversity strategy for the Construction Segment across all categories, increasing diverse spend by more than 50%. Inaugural and current member of the Corporate Supplier Diversity Committee.
- Facilitated and defined global steel sourcing strategies for $235M spend for North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific platforms resulting in 4% savings across the global steel spend.
- Built and leveraged relationships with the divisions and corporate team to drive implementation of steel sourcing strategies and cost reduction opportunities.
- Developed outlooks and advised of steel market trends to divisions to support long-range planning, annual planning, and plant sourcing goals.

- Developed groundbreaking, multi-channel and multi-faceted global strategies for suspension springs and dampers. Carried out all procurement functions within North America and propelled global procurement initiatives.
- Leveraged effective procurement techniques to assist in maintaining cost and transferred Weatherstrip business with budget of $80M from financially troubled supplier to new suppliers within six months with zero major plant disruptions.
- Tactfully negotiated an average of $4M in annual savings and achieved total $16M from 2007-2011.
- Chaired global purchasing initiatives for all brands, including Volvo, Ford of Europe, Ford of Mexico, Ford Asia Pacific, South America, and Mexico.
