    Vice President, Ventures Strategic Partnerships & New Product Management
    Developed transformational new business concepts and products.
    • Generated investment cases and secured funding ($25+ million) to pilot and commercialize
    multiple new products to improve outcomes and reduce costs for multiple chronic conditions.
    • Built strategic alliances, product roadmaps, and negotiated agreements with clinical and
    commercial partners to pilot, de-risk, refine and commercialize new products and platforms.
    • Created a polypharmacy pilot product and roadmap to identify individuals at high-risk for
    adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and proactively intervene to prevent ADRs, improve patient
    outcomes and reduce costs. Leveraged UHG big data assets and partnered with data scientists to
    discover novel (ADRs) to target in polypharmatic members.
    • Led cross-functional initiative to accelerate clinician and payor adoption and reimbursement of
    pharmacogenomic testing while improving patient access. Resulted in a 45% reduction in
    adverse events and 30% reduction in costs for targeted patient population.
    • Developed new product platforms to improve neonatal and maternal health outcomes, lower
    overall costs, and reduce days in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

    physician/patient consultations resulting in provider cost reduction in excess of 60%.
    • Led target identification, valuation, negotiation, due diligence and acquisition of $120,000,000 in
    Health Savings Account from an FDIC Insured Bank.
    • Developed innovation pipeline process aligned with the corporate strategy to identify funds and

    • Built a new health and wellness consulting company focused on improving the health of individuals
