  • Lead $150m+ medical device distribution operations across B2B retail (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Babylist, etc.) and B2B/B2C ecommerce. Assured FDA compliance for warehouse operations.  
  • Spearheaded cost reduction initiative, resulting in savings of over $6.7million in the first year.  
  • Drove inventory accuracy from 93% to 99.6% OTIF. 
  • Drive Retail chargeback process, resulting in seven figure chargeback return to us and an overall win rate of over 80%. Specifically adjusted Amazon data refresh rate, driving chargebacks down by more than $2 million projected annual cost.  
  • Completed routing and packing analysis for Walmart retail distribution, overhauled process at 3PL, and corrected DISA compliance ownership within the company. 
  • Built PMO and provided a clean handover to the new head of project management.
  • Developed 3-year strategy, resulting in 80% revenue growth and portfolio growth by 88%.  
  • Owned $20 million P&L. Improved EBITDA from -11.7% to +9.9%.  
  • Grew business retention by 87% from below 50% to ~90% across all business units.

  • Developed the Global Inventory Control program and rolled out across 3 countries and 3 business segments (Global Fulfillment, Global Procurement, and Global Manufacturing). Drove a 55.7% increase in inventory accuracy and 99.8% reduction in YoY variance absolute value. 
  • Developed Fulfillment org P&L and labor model. Drove visibility to a 200%+ overall revenue growth and ~40% relative operating cost reduction. 
  • Drove 170% throughput increase across the NA Fulfillment org. Led and/or supported physical and systems launch of 19 warehouses within a 12 month period, across two countries. 
  • Developed from scratch and PM’d over 30 additional org changing projects and programs, including data automation, logistics click-to-deliver, and aged order by type. 
  • Established a chemical and samples manufacturing operation into the Memphis middle/final mile warehouse to reduce the global import supply-chain disruption. 
  • Owned a $400 million P&L, Led operations in a 1.3 million sqft Distribution Center (DC).  
  • Developed CI program, taught Positive Employee Relations, and created the HoT Leadership Academy. 
  • Led 58.7% revenue growth, removed operational gridlock and drove MoM revenue from $71 million to over $120 million. 
  • Improved outbound dock efficiency by over 100%. Created dock SOP that reduced lost product by over 95%. 
  • Drove dwelling freight stagnancy down from over $5 million to under $2 million, and created a process that removed stagnant order inventory deletion. 
  • Developed Set Rate cards and Carrier Scorecards using MOST engineering standards, that were validated by the Engineer and Quality manager, drove warehouse flow efficiency up by +100%
  • Led 6 exempt and 500 hourly employees. Functioned as subregional transportation manager, process engineer, and warehouse operations manager. $46.1 million in tangible cost reduction and estimated $20+ million in intangible safety cost value. 
  • Managed 140+ market Outbound transportation operation and 200+ market Inbound transportation operation. Established the yard driver program and CDL program in Cincinnati. 
  • Built/managed Peak playbook across the Cincinnati middle mile Ground Hub and final mile Sort Center. Improved trailer capacity and throughput by 15%. 
  • Managed 120+ 3rd party carriers across a 40-state outbound operation, plus Canada linehaul and DHL international to the UK.
  • Owned a $35 million P&L and led multiple $10+ million global inventory reallocation missions. 
  • Led a team of 183 salaried leaders across 13 departments. PMO, Logistics and Operations. 
  • Acting EHS/HAZMAT manager and led all composite risk management activity.
