Led technical strategy, asset assessments, and operational transition planning enabling the successful sale of Nestlé’s U.S. Confections business to Ferrero.
• Directed the strategic closure of the Fulton, NY confectionery plant, engineering layout‑fit and infrastructure‑readiness solutions across three receiving factories and orchestrating all move sequencing to preserve uninterrupted production across the network.
• Managed the $35M Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cups launch, overseeing equipment selection, installation, and process renovation across three production lines.
• Directed major capital expansions including the buildout of a $32M, 263,000 ft² refrigerated warehouse with 53,000 pallet positions, leading RFQ development, design‑build firm selection, contract negotiation, and full project execution from concept through commissioning.
• Served as Project Manager for installation of two $10M water‑processing and filling lines at Nestlé Waters’ Arizona and Houston factories, leading full project management including equipment selection, competitive bidding, contractor engagement, negotiation, selection, and execution through startup.
• Directed factory engineering, maintenance, utilities, and capital delivery for Nestlé’s Hot Pockets facility, managing a $12M annual capital budget and $9M maintenance budget while driving reliability, PM optimization, and major equipment integrations.
• Developed and executed multi‑year factory master plans, infrastructure upgrades, and equipment modernization programs supporting long‑term capacity, safety, and operational efficiency across U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico CPG factories.
• Managed global capital envelopes of $250M annually for 28 CPG factories across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East as part of Nestlé SA HQ’s Food Strategic Business Unit.
• Directed 36 project managers, coordinators, and finance staff delivering 400+ capital construction projects annually ($120M portfolio) across 1,400+ SCE locations, spanning ground‑up construction, tenant improvements, data centers, seismic retrofits, and specialty facilities for Southern California Edison.
