Relevant Accomplishments

• Created and led multiple new Project Management Departments, formalizing Chartering, Intake Process, Prioritization and Portfolio Management. 

• Consolidated 6 California facilities into 3 facilities, including manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution, reducing overhead and fixed costs by 30%. 

• Led Production transfer of 200 SKUs (250MM lbs/yr) across 8 product platforms from acquisition into existing plants, including customer approvals and equipment transfers. 

• Transferred 10 production lines from the US to India and China, averaging cost reductions of 45%. 

• Integrated 4 acquired plants (3 Canadian, 1 US) into existing organization-wide systems and processes, to complete 2 separate acquisitions.  

• Led acquisition integration of salsa manufacturer improving overall sales and EBITDA by 10%. 

• Planned new $80MM dairy facility in Amarillo, TX to support 20-year LRP. 

• Launched $60MM manufacturing facility in China. 

• Managed and implemented entire annual $12MM Capital Project Portfolio and P&L, 30+ projects. 

• Converted Marie’s salad dressing from glass to plastic bottles, with $6.4MM Capital spend yielding annual savings of $6.3MM. 

• Established and formalized Commercialization processes and planning, resulting in launching multiple new product lines. 

• Led initiatives to eliminate PHO from 840 SKUs and implement FSMA for FDA Compliance.  

• Created and executed OCM program to instill industry best practices across 11 plants by standardizing: KPIs, Management Routines, 5S, WMS, RCA/CAPA, and Transactional Discipline. 
• Implemented and expanded multiple ERP/MRP systems, including SAP, JD Edwards, MS Dynamics, BPCS, Syspro, and Deacom, as well as multiple home-grown systems.
