• Directed multidepartmental teams to develop a new roofing manufacturing line, including formulation, equipment specifications, and performance testing.  

• Modified and upgraded existing production equipment to improve reliability and enable new product development, leading crossfunctional teams across technical, operations, maintenance, quality, purchasing, and scheduling to plan, set up, and execute multiple manufacturing trials.

• Reduced extrusion defects by 85% and increased throughput by improving mixing, conveying, and dryblend processing in PVC and membrane production.  

• Developed new roofing membrane formulations and filed a patent for improved performance and manufacturability.
