Relevant Accomplishments as a Food Distribution Expert

  • Led the launch of a line of Specialty Swiss cheeses manufactured by a company called Real Swiss Cheese in the United States in 2018 by partnering with a leading cheese importer called InterSource. I formatted the products to fit the US standards and helped the Swiss create an enticing pricing and product placement strategy. This launch will generate estimated sales of $20 million in sales over the next 5 years.
  • Managed the sales forces of two specialty cheese companies (Laclare and Lamagna) that were acquired by Milk Source LLC, the largest Wisconsin Milk Manufacturer in 2017
  • Managed the American retail sales force for Emmi, the largest Swiss Cheese manufacturer. The sales force consisted of 6 sales people generating $60 million in total sales with 8 of the top 10 retailers in the country from 2013 to 2016, an increase of $10 million in sales over three years
  • Managed a sales force of 5 dedicated to Kroger Supermarkets (over 2,600 stores and 19 divisions) for Saputo Cheese co, one of the largest specialty cheese importers and distributors in the US. I increased sales from 8 to 20 million dollars between 2006 and 2013.
  • Led the brand launch, brand design and brand strategy for a leading brand of Imported Italian Specialty cheese called Il Villaggio and a leading brand of imported French cheeses called Ile de France.
