M&A Executive Search provided an interim plant relocation and facilities project leader to a fresh food manufacturing company to address a critical facility expansion and operational relocation initiative.
The engagement focused on planning and executing the relocation of production operations from a 42,000-square-foot manufacturing facility to a new 83,000-square-foot facility, including project management, permitting, vendor coordination, facility modifications, equipment relocation, production startup readiness, and corporate office transition planning. Working as an embedded member of the operations leadership team, the interim executive partnered closely with the VP of Operations to manage timelines, budgets, contractors, and operational risks throughout the transition. The assignment delivered a structured relocation strategy and execution framework, enabling the organization to expand manufacturing capacity, minimize business disruption, accelerate operational readiness, and support future growth objectives.
