  • Appointed Chief Commercialization Officer for a $444M cross-functional product innovation strategy to expand into adjacent product channels: a multi-year innovation program involving partnerships with Google, Amazon, and USDOT to guide development of new building material solutions.  
  • $7M EBITDA growth: Devised and executed a go-to-market roadmap to counter import threats in cement and slag by launching new type of partnership agreements and offerings. 
  • $14M recurring EBITDA gain: Spearheaded a strategic roadmap to convert 6M tons of cement to a more sustainable blend (Type IL) to reduce carbon emissions by 700k tons which avoided $7M in regulatory CapEx projects. 
  • Co-founded and operated a pool construction company achieving $7M in revenue and 28% net margin in Year 1  
  • Shaped a new scalable B2B business model, directed all rebranding efforts, and designed an implementation roadmap for “Ultra High Performance Concrete”; collaborating with the international innovative center in South America: The five-year growth strategy shaped trajectory from $800K to $10M in annual sales. 
  • Visionary and Founder of the Digital Capital Forecasting and Facility Assessment Program for the University of North Carolina – Charlotte (over $2B in campus assets). 
  • Grew cement sales from $23M to $35.8M in 5 years while increasing market share from 50% to 60% in a very mature US submarket and reduced past due amounts by $4M. 
  • Sponsored companywide implementation of continuous improvement culture with Deloitte.  In 8 months, over 300 employees went through Lean Six Sigma and became Yellow Belts. 
  • Expanded architectural concrete product development, leading the marking plan and sales of the first of a kind variegated colored utility brick in the U.S.
