- As CEO for Holcim, developed the Health, Cost & Cash initiative that drove turnaround performance resulting in world-class safety metrics, a 30% revenue increase and 2X EBITDA performance.
- As CEO at Holcim, lead the development and implementation of trademarked ConcreteDirect platform resulting in differentiated customer service, 50% increase in sales of branded specialty concrete mixes, specialty sands and gravel.
- As CEO of Holcim, created the “STAR” strategic growth plan, spearheaded new product development, and completed 6 key acquisitions to broaden product lines and geographic reach.
