• Facilitates Sprint meeting to define work for the sprint. Here the Product owner and the Dev team work in tandem to pull work items from a product backlog that is doable in 2 week timeframe based on capacity of the dev team, estimated stories and a sprint goal.
• Facilitates Daily Scrum meeting inspect progress of work as in line with the sprint goal, address impediments raised and share metrics with the team to know if we are in line to meet the goal.
• Facilitates Sprint Review meeting to have stakeholders, the Product Owner to inspect an increment work in a Sprint.
• Facilitates Sprint Retro meetings to reflect work done in a sprint and processes and look for ways to do things better based on the 12th principle of Agile.
• Coach the Product Owner on the value of backlog prioritization. This is done is backlog refinement meeting, to set the stage for a sprint planning.

• Built confluence spaces for organizing teams work(retro meetings and calendar for planning team’s PTO, meetings and business travel.

• Plan releases built for deployment. In doing this, I ensure that all the documents are ready and approved.
• Facilitated Daily Stand Up meeting, where Dev team members sync up to provide work progress in line with the sprint goal, raise impediments so they can be quickly resolved.
• Facilitated sprint planning events where a Product Owner, Dev team members come together to plan work that would be going into a Sprint. As a Scrum Master I facilitated to ensure that the purpose of the meeting is achieved, which is keep the meeting to the scheduled time, the appropriate estimate for stories are made and the sprint goal is crafted.
• Facilitated Sprint Review meeting to inspect increment product in a sprint where stakeholders and the team inspects an increment and adapt the product backlog.
• Built Jira boards and customized based on our kinds of projects.
• Facilitated Sprint Retrospective meetings to reflect on our sprint and look for ways we can improve.
• Assist the Product owner in product backlog refinement. Train team mates on the value of scrum and how to apply it in achieving our goals
