Relevant Accomplishments

  • Reliant Management is a boutique executive consultancy that specializes in solving complex, high-stakes problems. We operate as “fixers” for enterprise and government clients, deploying senior executives to lead critical initiatives where technology, law, and large-scale operations intersect. Our firm evolved from a foundation in advanced IT and network management to leading multi-billion dollar contracts and some of the most bleeding-edge programs in the U.S. Our core areas of expertise include:
  • Strategic Advisory: Leading complex technology programs in National Security, Data Centers, and Quantum Security.
  • Legal & Investigative Services: E-Discovery, digital forensics, and special investigations.
  • Infrastructure & Energy: Advising on large-scale projects, including emerging solutions to the national energy crisis.
  • Executive Technology Services: vCIO, vCISO, and enterprise-level network and telecom consulting.
  •  Served as a foundational leader in establishing QuSecure’s Federal Division. After creating the initial market-entry framework, his primary focus shifted to developing and managing the company’s engagement with the U.S. national security and intelligence communities.
  • Directed the effort to secure the company’s first federal contract vehicle, opening a primary sales channel to U.S. government agencies.
  • Managed the development of the initial FedRAMP compliance strategy, establishing the security and technical roadmap for product authorization.
  • Drove the strategic engagement for all classified programs, managing key relationships within the Intelligence Community (IC) and advising leadership on mission-critical use cases and requirements inside SCI/SAP environments.
  • Developed the foundational go-to-market and capture strategy for the DoD and Federal Civilian agencies.
  • Initiated the division’s first strategic alliances with key System Integrators (SIs) and Prime Contractors.
  • As the division scaled, he provided ongoing strategic counsel to executive leadership on the PQC landscape, NIST migration standards, and long-term federal objectives.
  • Was brought in to lead product innovation and commercialization, serving as the acting Chief Operations Officer for a new division. His core mission was to adapt the company’s proprietary, full-immersion dielectric fluid cooling system for large-scale, high-value markets, including AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC).
  • Directed the operational and technical strategy for large-scale data center projects, including a $375M, 128 MW build-out secured by a $744M, 10-year lease with an anchor tenant.
  • Drove the product roadmap to deploy this waterless, high-power-density immersion cooling solution, creating the plan to scale capacity up to 2 GW.
  • Led commercial real estate negotiations for new data center leases and pad-site leases for multiple build-to-suit construction projects.
  • Developed the strategic plan for new market entry, adapting the core technology for the U.S. government sector and clients with needs for secure or remote deployments.
  • Safeguarded the company’s core intellectual property (IP) — a patented, non- conductive dielectric fluid customizable for specific compute environments — from internal and external partner risk
  • provided specialized advisory services to a portfolio of clients within the U.S. national security, space, and defense sectors. His role was to serve as a subject matter expert bridging the gap between novel technology and complex mission requirements.
  • Advised senior leaders and program managers within the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Space Force, and Special Operations (SOCOM) communities.
  • Focused on mission-centric technology integration, capability development, and strategic planning.
