• Led North American distribution/fulfillment outsourcing for our $1.8B video segment, resulting in multi-million $ cost reductions, standardization of practices and greatly improved customer experiences

• Developed a comprehensive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program including contracts, SLAs, incentives & penalties and QBRs across suppliers accounting for our top 52% of spend, resulting in greatly improved availability, quality and order accuracy

•  Performed an ABC inventory analysis and re-stratified inventory based on gross margin, revenue and unit volume, resulting in an improved fill rate of 95% and savings of $1.7M

• Led the development and facilitation of a Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) program, ensuring Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain and Finance teams remained in alignment as customer demand fluctuated during irregular conditions, resulting in improved customer service, product availability and financial working capital position

•  Advised a major US private equity firm on all supply chain functions, identifying 3.2X efficiency gains and $10.2M savings during a due diligence initiative in preparation for a potential acquisition of a major specialty chemicals company. Advised on global functions of the target company and assessed overall operational health, with intense focus on cost reduction opportunities across their global enterprise.

• Led an overall transportation management transformation initiative resulting in a $10.7M savings for a large industrial products manufacturer, examining and optimizing all aspects of carrier management, efficiency, cost reduction and cross-enterprise spend leverage.

• Spearheaded a warehouse optimization initiative, resulting in a $1.7M savings for a major US Government client aimed at improving efficiency and space utilization, while implementing goals and metrics to improve warehousing and inventory performance in the future across the globe.

•  Spearheaded an effort in designing enhanced 3PL services for a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical and medical products distributor. Initiative focused on development of new cross docking and warehousing capabilities, as well as the necessary TMS/WMS linkages to ensure a rapid go-to-market 3PL strategy.

• Exceled and promoted upward through various tactical project and team management supply chain consulting roles focused on identifying, analyzing and solving supply chain issues for the United States military branches of the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines
