- Progressed from MFG/Process Engineer to Director of Operations, General Manager, Vice President of Operations for leading manufacturers in various industries. The primary focus has been processing improvement, expanding operations, and capacity to meet increasing Revenue and earnings.
- Responsible for multi-site manufacturing spanning up to 4 sites, 200 employees, and serving $200M in annual sales.
- Driven to improve operational metrics for safety, quality, cost, and customer service using a lean approach to process improvements and employee engagement. Implement a visual factory using KPI’s to measure results.
- VP of operations at Strasbaugh. The company made surface finishing and polishing equipment for optics and automated semiconductor wafer polishing equipment.
- Owner Agile Business Consulting. Clients included window manufacturing, agriculture sprinkler, and piping manufacturer, manufacturer of automated food processing equipment, and manufacturer of control and braking systems for transportation equipment. Services ranged from process development and work instruction creation develop, and implement 5-year strategic plan and implementation for hop floor control systems.
