- Led a team of 8 directors/managers and over 2500 employees across multiple facilities in 1.3 million square feet of warehouse space.
- Facilitated acquiring new customers to provide 3PL services and solutions to their supply chain needs. Providing over $15M in business over 18 months.
- Set up shipments to Big Box retailers for 3PL customers (Amazon, Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Kohl’s, etc.). Provided overflow for Black Friday, receiving over 25 containers a day for a two-month period and shipping 30-40 EDI orders daily (FTL and LTL).
- Led planning for two different divisions for Niagara water (Resin and Finished Goods). The resin division received 20 containers daily and shipped 15-20 tankers out daily (6 days a week). FG division 20- 30 truckloads inbound and 15-20 truckloads outbound. (Costco, Walmart, Coke, Pepsi, Target)
- Work closely with HR and Safety to ensure the facility is secure and employees have what they need to perform all their job functions.
- Led monthly employee meetings so employees could voice their opinions and make them feel involved in continuous improvement projects. Daily Gemba walks are an easy way to learn the root cause of problems.
