- Led a turnaround for a telecommunication testing systems company which included financial restructuring leading to an IPO and exit and complete redesign and feature upgrade of the product line, developing streamlined manufacturing and cost of goods margin increases that resulted in gross margins in excess of 70% and adjusted EBITDA increase of 300%.
