- Helped lead the relaunch of Ethan Allen’s ecommerce site on Demandware; drove usability improvement leading to 45% YOY revenue growth
- Led Nailed It Digital company rebranding and UX/UI overhaul, contributing to 4X YOY revenue growth; Built team and capabilities in event, paid search, influencer, ambassador, affiliate, content, social media, e-mail and retention marketing.
- At BrickHouse Security overhauled brand, marketing and ecommerce for this CE/Safety products company leading to inclusion in IR500 and Inc 500; dramatically reversed sales decline, leading to record growth each quarter (>50% YOY)
- Drove relaunch of Williams Sonoma.com, winning “Hot 100” award and contributing to 20% YOY growth despite industry downturn; drove online vision and strategic planning with corporate CMO for this $4 billion corporation.
- Led Crutchfield.com’s $150M ecommerce business with growth of > 20% YOY every year, increasing web orders to 72% of sales
- Led Dell’s $2B consumer digital business, growing revenues from <$100M; managed customer acquisition budget, division P&L, marketing, site design, and branding; Drove company-wide vision and planning for Dell.com’s next generation transactional content and ecommerce capabilities, working with interactive agencies and centralized IT organization.
