Summary
This Fleet Maintenance and Safety Expert Consultant is a results-driven, certified safety leader who has designed and implemented strategic safety, compliance (federal/state including California), and fleet maintenance programs for a multi-level private equity firm encompassing eight companies (six trucking companies and two brokerages). The fleet consists of over 400 trucks, including assets and contract drivers. This Fleet Maintenance and Safety Consultant currently reports to the CFO and the Board of Directors.

- Assessed the necessary qualitative and quantitative changes for a credible and successful compliance department for current and acquisitional needs.
- Built a team consisting of a DQF &Claims Manager, ELD & FleetMaintenance Manager, West Coast Safety Manager, South TexasSafety Manager, 5 DQF clerks and 2 ELD Clerks.
- Designed and implemented unified Safety, Compliance & vehicle maintenance policies and procedures for 6 trucking companies.
- Expanded one of our authorities to include a brokerage. Designed and implemented all procedures regarding the Compliance and operational TMS.
- Implemented a strong communication flow between multi levels of management including Directors, Vice Presidents, Presidents, CFO, COO, CEO, Board of Directors, and Managing Partners.
