- As President of multi-branch HVAC / Refrigeration Parts Distribution company with branches in Georgia and Tennessee increased revenue by over 20% by positioning products in new geographies.
- As Interim President at Contracting Heating Supply (CHS), a multi-branch operation in Colorado, New Mexico and El Paso Texas turned around sales, profitability and employee retention in less than a year and created a stable environment for a newly hired President.
- Executive VP of Total Supply, a HVAC Equipment Distributor, was responsible for Branch operations and profit improvement. Met profit objectives over 2 years by adding additional higher margin products, streamlining operations, and through re-structurer pricing. He also improved Branch operations.
