  • Founded Rea Consulting Services in 2014 and have grown the practice 10-fold serving a combination of ongoing and new clients nation-wide and globally.
  • Evaluate clients’ existing long-term incentive plan design and make recommendations for design alternatives for family-owned companies and private-equity owned companies.
  • Incorporate LTI levels into executive compensation benchmarking projects to assess Total Direct Compensation.
  • Led Boeing’s Executive Compensation function responsible for 2000+ executives, including evaluation, design and implementation of base, short-term and long-term incentive plans.
  • Designed and implemented expanded stock option program for high performing individual contributors at US Cellular resulting in improved employee retention and engagement.
  • Designed and implemented expanded stock option program for 1,200 mid-level leaders at Rohm & Haas to provide a more competitive compensation package and improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Developed and implemented on-line employee compensation planning tool that incorporated all components of total compensation, including stock option valuation.
  • Led sales effectiveness consulting practice at Allstate, including design and implementation of sales compensation programs across all sales channels.
  • Managed Boeing’s international compensation globally.
  • Led implementation of international broad band job classification structure in Asia resulting in market-based pay with internal relativity for all international employees.
