  • Assisted a statewide multi-line health plan in developing a three year growth strategy, including the identification of priority markets, key enablers, financial impacts, a detailed review of the market and operating environment, and a deep-dive growth strategy for the highest-priority local areas 
  • Supported a statewide Blues plan in creating a provider strategy to respond to changing market conditions, including provider group acquisitions, consulting over 20 hospital/IPA and market leaders culminating in recommendations to support client’s business and ensure long-term viability of provider suppliers 
  • Supported a payer-owned pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) in developing a long-term growth strategy across traditional and specialty, including a rationalization of partnered offering components and economic impact 
  • Assisted a leading health services business in identifying a 12-18 month growth strategy focused on increasing penetration of specialty network, risk carve out, and health & wellness products within the payer channel 
  • Supported a statewide vision and dental insurer with the development of an Exchange strategy, looking at the market opportunity and required capability investments related to an individual dental and vision product offering 
  • Coordinated comprehensive set of efforts for a large integrated health services organization across market strategy/opportunity, deal and bid strategy, and financial modeling/synergy identification and analysis to support a bid for a leading regional health plan in the Pacific Northwest 
  • Crafted a go-to-market strategy for a private equity-owned health services business focused on clinical coding, care management, and assessments including segment/target prioritization and value proposition development 
  • Developed a payer market growth strategy for one of the largest Behavioral Health vendors focused on market opportunity and trend identification, customer segmentation and target identification, and value prop development
