- Planned and executed the development of a COE across the Bayer HealthCare operations focused on the entire O2C process. Consolidated operations across 5 centers of operation into 1 COE

- Business Leader of two projects. The 1st was the install of Manugistics software to be used in our VMI and Demand Planning functions. The 2nd of the move from legacy systems to SAP R3, and led the teams across MM and SD modules of SAP

- Led VMI process across decentralized customer service teams in 2 key regions. Role focused on user training, best practices, and scorecard management with key customers
