    • Assisted Halma to acquire a Texas based medical device distributor. While post-acquisition acted in the role of General

    • Recruited to mitigate FDA 483 warning letter from 2008 inspection. Responsible for establishing purchasing strategy
    including the reduction of active suppliers, supplier scorecard program, inventory reduction targets, and reducing
