    • Created and executed a strategic road map for eliminating redundancy of products. Rationalized SKU’s and simplified
    the customer experience. Eliminated the interaction between sales and manufacturing, and reduced lead time by 25%.
    • Implemented a new ERP system moving to NetSuite integrated two homegrown ERP/QMS systems.

    • Taking customer concerns and converting to deliverable actions. Supporting manufacturing startups, onshoring and
