- Track record of consistent sales growth across a number of market segments and companies, such as Boston Scientific, Medtronic, Sorin (LivaNova) and United States Surgical (Covidien).
- Hired, trained and motivated direct sales forces at Boston Scientific, Datascope, United States Surgical. Significantly expanded sales forces at Boston Scientific/SCIMED and Sorin.
- Converted from a distributor to a direct sales network at Datascope including inventory transfer from overseas and implementing as well as staffing a customer service function.
- Identified sales process steps, implemented call reporting and a pipeline management procedure at Boston Scientific. Also created and implemented a key account targeting program.
- Revamped distributer network at HeartSine Technologies from a generalized approach to focus on eight distinct B2B vertical markets. Tripled market share and quadrupled sales in 4 ½ years.
- Attained a positive cash flow and EBIT for the first time in company history within eighteen months of joining HeartSine.
- Created and implemented market development programs at Boston Scientific, HeartSine Technologies, Medtronic, Sorin and United States Surgical for both new and existing products.
- Participated in due diligence and integrated 8 acquisitions in 12 months at Boston Scientific.
