- Project managed the re-implementation of Oracle advanced planning for a large global supply chain to lower both inventory levels and stock-outs (company was $12 billion in gross revenue)
- Designed a system to move downloads of customer specification data from Excel to SQL Server which allowed queries that saved over $100,000/year in personnel hours to manage the same information
- Assessed a failing AX 2012 implementation at a billion-dollar retail company that was badly over budget and created a new architecture to streamline the implementation and move to D365 immediately reducing project costs
- ERP project manager for an AX 2012 implementation and designed the architecture for process manufacturing and the integration of their PLC’s on the plant floor for data collection to enforce quality standards and meet government regulations
- ERP Project manager for a discrete manufacturer of hand tools whose customers included Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, ACE Hardware, Sears and others. Saved over $300,000 per year as a result of better management of raw materials planning, improved production scheduling and reducing stockouts to fill customer orders while lowering finished goods inventory levels
