- Co-developed communication, implementation, and contingency plans for large-scale outsourcing of maintenance function that impacted 35% of an operations workforce.
- Managed recruitment and training for thousands of temporary employees during a two-year strike/lockout; coordinated re-orientation and training for 650 returning employees upon dispute settlement.
- Designed and conducted team skills training for nine merger integration teams whose assignment was to identify a $450M ten-year cost savings, and then construct an organization reflecting this.
