- Led card issuance kiosk development between Minnesota and Chinese engineering teams to define requirements and deliver pilot project systems.
- Initiated color printing project for both high speed and desktop system for close match color output. Coordinated development of a new print head design with Japanese vendors.
- Led the engineering team in upgrading a high-speed custom machine for printing and packaging cards.
- Led custom development designs of existing Datacard product lines to meet customer-specific features and requirements.
- Guided support of product lines to identify and resolve quality issues, improve machine performance, and address end-of-life issues.
- Direct report staff management responsibility.
- Interface with customers on new product definitions, custom developments, and field support issues.
