- Performed all duties associated to the management of the Production planning and Master scheduler for the company. While in this role I was able to develop a keen sense of the following and its impact to the financial position to the company:
- Zero impediment scheduling which ensured that all raw materials were available to eliminate and downtime awaiting raw material
- APO which gave the facility an optimal productivity from a planning standpoint able to track resource loads and productivity.
- Able to implement cycle count programs (A.B.C classifications)
- Maintained a minimal backlog for MTO items and ensured core product line SKU’s met the forecasted needs.
