  • Planned and executed NDS east coast warehouse move, on time and within budget, within four months.
  • Selected and implemented a warehouse management system (WMS) at largest NDS facility. Implementation is slated to save over $300,000 during first year of operation.
  • Implemented daily, weekly, and monthly review process, building 7 Lindstrom sites in the US into a team, driving a “results culture”.
  • Improved Lindstrom’s on-time delivery to customers by 5% with relentless focus on key metrics while delivering $400,000 in labor cost improvements, year-over-year.
  • Defined the inventory deployment, warehousing, and distribution strategy for Lindstrom’s 5-year plan.
  • Consolidated two acquired locations into existing Lindstrom locations. Planned and executed major warehouse reconfiguration capital projects to accommodate integration of the acquired locations.
  • Executed Lindstrom’s site selection process and moved acquired location in Canada into new facility within 90 days.

  • Implemented a Warehouse Management System at four of Wurth Adams’ largest sites, improving accuracy and productivity. Realized 3% year-over-year labor productivity in warehouse operations.
  • Delivered freight cost savings of over $430,000 for Wurth Adams, moving freight cost from 3.2% of sales to 2.6%; accomplished through freight consolidation, reduced expediting, and improved route planning.
