- Led operations for a renewable chemical company operating the world’s largest renewable ethyl acetate from ethanol facility in Columbus, Nebraska. Responsible for plant operations, supply chain, corporate technology development, and capital projects for new bio-renewable chemical manufacturing operation.
- Led operations for a Multi-site specialty chemical manufacturer. Responsible for all operational aspects with direct reports including Directors of Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, and Quality. Closely allied with Sales Team to upgrade company revenue and margins with focus on EBITDA for private equity owners. This team managed over $20MM per year in capital improvements while maintaining production and establishing modern business practices.
- Leader for a new chemical company start-up. Responsible for all company activities to establish the new operation. Developed product supply chain and distribution systems.
- Responsible for all global chemical manufacturing operations including procurement, engineering, manufacturing, quality, customer service, and distribution for an 850-person global manufacturing organization with a $250 million budget supporting approximately $2.5 billion worth of chemical products with 15 manufacturing facilities spread across four continents.
