- Led the global team of R&D – Nutrition and Health. Developed mission of Business Unit and determined and implemented R&D strategy. Proposed innovative ideas for using various plants for different health benefits/claims. Managed proper implementation of a range of R&D projects in Stage-Gate innovation pipeline. Partnered with TRU-ID for DNA authenticity analysis of ingredients and natural health products. Led resolution of hundreds of Customers’ Technical Requests to customer satisfaction.

- Formulated and developed the Sanutra Wellness line of 11 dietary supplements (Joint Health, Cardio & Cholesterol, Blood Sugar Health, Weight Management, Bone Health, Immunity Health, Memory Health, Colon Health, Skin, Hair & Nails Health, Healthy-Aging and Relax & Sleep).
- Developed a technology that was the basis of Coca-Cola 2008 top prize for innovative products. Developed prototypes of invented ideas such as neutralized fruit juice with milk and soymilk, nutritional beverages containing polyphenols, nutritional beverage for bone health, micronutrients-simulated orange juice, juice coffee, wake-up juice, and juice cola/root beer.
- Established the company, developed strategy and business plan, developed and consumer tested four lines of fresh, refrigerated, ultra-pasteurized or pasteurized nutritionally complete products (Heavenly Nutritionä, Slim-Freshä, Nutra-Freshä, and Infant-Freshä). These products were targeted for the milk products market, nutritional supplements market, and liquid infant formula market. Obtained five comprehensive US patents on freshly-prepared nutritional supplements, milk and milk products, and infant formulas.
- Analyzed 550 patents on polyphenolics and capabilities of ingredient and product companies, and R&D institutions/investigators. Suggested potential research areas for future investments.
