Relevant Accomplishments
- Developed and executed a comprehensive technical strategy to enable the organization’s restructuring of a fragmented data warehousing platform. The successfully executed strategy included:
- Utilizing D365 Entity Store and Azure Data Lakes for data center
- Creating both embedded and PowerBI data models and dashboards to produce highly effective overview of businesses and their revenue/margins/budgets.
- Designed, Developed and implemented largest US EDI back end integrator with D365 and produced ISV product for end-to-end integration with more than 80,000 retailers such as Target, Walmart, Ford, Pepsi, etc. This ISV product is implemented at over 500 D365 customers currently.
- Senior integration architect at Microsoft for 4 years, providing the ability to integrate enterprise applications into early versions of Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Developed and implemented comprehensive technology security and compliance solutions/strategies to successfully manage the requirements of Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA and Cyber-security within AX2012 /D365.
- Implementation Lead for multiple 2009, 2012 and D365 roll outs, 10+ end to end, over 100+ projects.
• Designed, Developed and implemented integration and data-warehouse strategies for multiple 2009, 2012 and D365 customers. - Yearly, Mr. Kinser is invited by Microsoft to work on a team of Enterprise Architects and MVP’s contracted to draft certification exam questions and has helped create the Exam 70-564: Pro: Designing and Developing ASP.NET Applications Using the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and Exam 70-505: TS: .NET Framework 3.5, Windows Forms Application Development the certification exams as well as Exam 70-241: TS: Developing Business Process and Integration Solutions by Using Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2 among others.
- Pioneered a corporate data warehouse/business intelligence platform based on D365 Entity Store, Business Events Catalog and Azure Data Lakes. Initiative enables companies requiring D365 business intelligence with a wide variety of business analytics (KPIs and Cubes included).
- Founder of 4 successful business and 1 successful Microsoft Partner consulting firm.
