- Progressed from HR Generalist to VP HR to Operations Manager where primary focus was on continuous process improvement, efficiency, utilization and employee involvement and empowerment, meeting or exceeding customer requirements, inventory turns (COS) improvement, Bar coding, Inventory Control.
- Served as President and CEO of Railroad Equipment Manufacturer. Outsourced inefficient and outdated parts manufacturing. Got employees back involved and excited in the process after a series of ineffective and disruptive management. Work should be Fun. Created new service division. Replaced friction drive with hydrostatics. Successfully negotiated LBO from Parent Corporation. Doubled sales and negotiated asset sale to Major Corporation 3 years later. Paid off highly leveraged Loan in 3 years.
- Served as President Manufacturing Company that produced precision meters. Built new plant with employee input that was much more efficient than old superfund site. The employees literally designed their own workplace and eliminated environmental concerns.
- Operations manager at multi-plant manufacturing company with over 1m sq. ft manufacturing space and two international production facilities and 1500 employees. All assignments were hands on restructuring; process improvement, employee involvement, manage by walking around and talking with employees who always tell you what you are doing wrong. Later became publicly traded.
