He is an expert on thin film deposition techniques (wet or dry). He also has deep experience with development and production scale-up of CGM sensors, OLED displays, Electrophoretic Display and Reverse Osmosis membranes for water desalination.

- Designed and developed manufacturing process train, with a capacity to produce more than 1M/yr of minimally invasive CGM microneedle sensors. Semi-automated manufacturing process and demonstrated at the Pilot Plant scale

- Co-founded, incorporated and grew company into the premier producer of Carbon Nanotube (CNT) Fibers and Films sold worldwide
- Managed project plan to deliver goals on schedule and within budget
- Defined product and technology roadmap, and raised >$3.5 M in non-dilutive funds from SBIR programs with USAF, NASA and NSF
- Developed and patented Carbon Nanotube Film and its manufacturing process
- Owned development of Reverse Osmosis (RO) products for seawater desalination and high Boron removal
- Developed and transferred RO membrane chemistry to Mfg and supported product launch for worldwide sale
- NanoH2O RO membranes recognized worldwide as first-in-class products
- Member of Executive team who sold company for >US $200M
- Responsible for integration and management of Process Development and Sensor Product Innovation groups to design and manufacture Continuous Glucose Monitoring Sensor (CGMS) (three direct reports and 11 indirect reports)
- Led qualification of External Suppliers and Production Support • Qualified high yield manufacturing processes for Diabetes Enlite CGM Sensor, sold worldwide
