Summary
This Payments Industry Interim CFO is a senior M&A and finance leader who has extensive experience in transactions working with mid-market companies and Private Equity firms to achieve successful transaction outcomes. He has held senior finance leadership roles including as a public company CFO and serving as the CFO for both Public Equity and Venture Capital backed businesses. He has also held senior M&A roles both as an investment banker and working for several years in Coporate Development. He has worked closely with other C-Suite executives to provide insights and solutions to mitigate risks and maximize deal returns. His transaction experience includes working directly with deal teams and client management teams as both a principal and an agent to drive transaction and operational economics. In addition, he has sold and led numerous global integrations, divestitures, value creation, transformation and performance improvement projects.
