- Managed 3rd party advisers (bankers, lawyers), cross-functional due diligence team and valuation for Braskem’s $323MM acquisition of Dow’s global polypropylene business.
- Managed deal-making, valuation, operation diligence, and negotiation related to acquition of critical infrastructure assets from Sunoco
- As a Principal for Tri-Artisan Partners led multi-disciplinary teams in completing all aspects of deal execution (competitive dynamics, modeling and valuation, due diligence, negotiation of legal documents, funding and closing) in a broad number of industries with the following notable transactions:
- Financial advisor for Consortium of Japanese corporates acquisition of rolled aluminum products business from BP.
- Acted as exclusive financial advisor on sale of ServiceCraft Logistics for Sumitomo Corporation of America to H.I.G Capital
- Advised and co-invested $12MM with Oaktree Capital Management on JV acquisition of Sara Lee European Foods.
- Advised on $190MM divestiture of a biopharmaceutical contract manufacturer to Akzo Nobel
