Highlights included: over 20 new and rehabbed, bank facilities (branches and trust departments), 45,000 SF turn-key regional corporate offices for FNB (Wachovia)-Ft. Lauderdale, $8.5M Hatteras Yacht Service Center of Ft. Lauderdale 114,000 SF ($20M) state-of-the-art (tilt-up construction) refrigerated import/distribution facility for CFX/LaFleurette in Miami, FL.
