Relevant Accomplishments
- Led a companywide finance initiative that restructured all manufacturing plant P&Ls to allow leadership the ability to review plant results on a common and consistent basis. The end result was rolled out to all 96 plants across the company
- Created P&L hierarchy and reporting that allowed Manufacturing and Distribution Leadership the ability to better understand the financial information that allowed them to understand and reduce labor costs and make better business decisions
- Created data warehouse for key financial data and metric information to build an Operational Dashboard / Scorecard to provide leadership visibility to metrics and create once source of the truth
- Led the finance functional support of a new Warehouse Management System ensuring that proper business processes and internal controls existed
- Led the successful conversion of two warehouse locations to a cycle count program, away from performing a full physical inventory. Also, implemented automated physical inventory processes within manufacturing, improving efficiency and accuracy

- Led the successful general ledger / reporting conversions of a $325m and $12m business resulting from acquisition. Also, shut down several small manufacturing facilities
- Led the successful conversion of AP, payroll and cash application functions into a shared service environment which affected multiple regions across the US
- Led the financial clean up effort of several regional office balance sheets. Results include a 20% improvement of > 90-day AR through hands on process change, documentation flow and collection efforts
- Handpicked by Sr. Leadership to attend training for future leaders. Subsequently initiated and led a local mentor and leadership training program
