  • Designed and implemented accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, and payroll processes and set up the full accounting process and system for Qianxi (Health care services) and multiple small business clients.
  • Served as one-person accounting team/control for small business clients.
  • Implemented cost benefit analysis process for Quartz Health Solutions, and provided executive team a comprehensive methodology to strategically deploy capital and quantitatively measure project value before significant dollars were spent. Tool was used to identify initial investments generating $12.7M annual revenue and $8.2M 5-year savings and paybacks.
  • Established rolling operating and strategic forecast process for Quartz Health Solutions, providing a needed tool for timely prediction and management of revenue growth and administrative expenses.
  • Implemented enterprise risk management (ERM) framework to identify/manage risks affecting achievement of corporate core strategic objectives and reduced annual ORSA working cycle from 5 to 3 months. Provided BOD from UW Health System a quarterly view of risk profile.
  • Restructured accounting and finance departments for Quartz Health Solutions; established Vision Mission Value Statement & Guiding Principles and re-engineered multiple processes to meet target set by UW Health System.
  • Selected and implemented accounting systems, accelerated accounting closes, and improved financial reporting process.
  • Managed all aspects of general ledger and other financial applications including reviewing, approving, and integrating new products, processes, legal entities, and departments into the existing financial system.
