- HR Manager at Jacksonville, Florida mill when company was named Florida’s Manufacturing Company of the Year.
- Successfully partnered with plant leadership to implement self-directed work teams.
- Served as main driver for change and implementation of the compensation structure for hourly employees at Petersburg, Virginia mill
