  • Built from the ground up and provided senior leadership over a global, cross-functional professional services organization of 65 personnel dispersed across five US offices and two foreign countries.
  • Over a seven-year span, this organization successfully delivered enterprise software solutions (SaaS and custom built) for F200 companies. These implementations ranged from several months to complex, multi-year, multi-million-dollar strategic client software installations. Many of these implementations included integrations with other vendor solutions (i.e., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, WEX payment processing, Cognizant).
  • Established numerous Center of Excellence departments and Enterprise Project Management offices instituting governance, standardization, measurement (OKRs, KPIs, and NPS), and professional development training. These training programs resulted in all client managers receiving PMP certifications; business analyst and solution engineers becoming IIBA certified and Scrum Master certified.
  • Through deep analysis and Six Sigma processes, introduced and implemented a new software delivery process that reduced implementation delivery timeline by 60% improving client satisfaction, the organization’s reputation, and increasing net profit margins.
  • Increased portfolio net profit margin from 17% to 43% through improvements in operational business processes, organizational structure rationalization, and standardization of delivery methodology.
  • Envisioned, developed, and implemented a Deal Desk review process for all new sales opportunities. This process focused on key deal metrics: pricing, scope of product(s) being delivered, resourcing, value proposition of the client, financials, implementation timeline, risk management, and engineering input/concerns.
  • As the Executive Account Manager for 32 F200 companies, direct accountability for resourcing, budgeting, utilization, and P/L generating $50M year-over-year.
  • Polished presenter having conducted over 100+ strategic reviews and QBRs with C-level leadership teams. Built account profiles focused on continued solution value, ROI, product enhancements, increasing user adoption and client satisfaction. Maintained a 98% client retention year-over-year.
  • Due to varying internal challenges with the contracting process, designed in conjunction with the legal team a new SOW and Master Software Agreement coupled with a new contracting review process. This document standardization and process resulted in a 40% decrease in the contracting timeline process.
  • Deep expertise in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Kanban, and MS Project.
