- Led and managed strategic investment opportunities in the medical diagnostics industry in the U.S.A., Canada, and Europe. Performed direct assessment and due diligence of acquisitions & divestitures; directed negotiations for acquisitions, joint ventures, and technology license agreements; developed implementation plans, managed integration of acquisitions, joint ventures, or technologies within the company. Acquired technology and built a capital equipment and disposable business.
