He has led the significant growth of P&A through focus on product development and sales and distribution management strategies with an empahsis on end consumer demand and value proposition. This Product Development Consultants experience with dealer and retail networks both in P&A and as a provider of recreational boats gives him an understanding of the complexities of two and three step distribution in similar industries and the need to understand the profit, inventory, and channel challenges among multiple stakeholders. As a 15 year group President who helped dozens of executives drive business success in their P&Ls, this Product Development Consultant is a seasoned leader able to work well with other executives and their teams to define, measure and achieve strategic change.
